2024-2025 Enrollment Packets are ready!

Enrollment packets for returning and new students for Centerville Junior-Senior High School are available. You may pick one up at the Principal’s Office in the Main Building or use the links provided below to print the forms to complete.

New students are asked to call 903-536-2625 Extension 1102 for information on dates and times to submit your enrollment packet and other required documentation. Required documents are listed on the first page of the New Student Enrollment Packet.

Returning students can begin submitting completed forms to Mrs. Stutzman on August 1^st . Schedules will be available August 12^th at Open House. Students will not be allowed to pick up a schedule if all paperwork is not complete.
