PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF NONDISCRIMINATION IN CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Centerville Independent School District offers Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs designed to provide students with opportunities to develop academic, technical, and employability skills. Admission to and participation in CTE programs are based on student interest, aptitude, age appropriateness, and class space availability. Centerville ISD does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in its Career and Technical Education programs and activities, as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Centerville ISD does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in its employment practices, as required by Title VI, Title IX, and Section 504, as amended. Centerville ISD will take steps to ensure that lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in all educational and Career and Technical Education programs.
